Whether for small-scale projects or major developments, Jolly Concrete Mix provides reliable mixing solutions to keep your projects running smoothly.

Aggregate Loading and Weighing

• Load individual storage bins with gravel and sand.

• Weigh each aggregate type individually.

• Discharge the weighed aggregates onto a feeding belt conveyor.

• Convey the aggregates to the weighing hopper on top of the concrete mixer

Cement, Water, and Additive Dosing

• Under control system guidance, transfer cement to the weighing hopper using a screw conveyor.

• Similarly, transfer water and additives to their respective weighing hoppers.

Material Discharge

• Open the pneumatic doors of all weighing hoppers.

• Open the appropriate pneumatic valves for each material:

• Butterfly valve for cement and fly ash. Ball valve for additives.

• Additionally, open the water inlet pressure pumps.

Mixing and Discharge

• Activate the vibrators on all weighing hoppers to facilitate material flow.

• Once the mixing time is complete, discharge the mixed concrete into a waiting transit mixer or concrete pump.
